Cheryl Walker, is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also Dean of Students at the Tai Sophia Institute of the healing Arts. She earned her BA from Antioch College and received coach training from Newfield Network coaching school, Coachville coaching school, and the Strozzi Institute. With over twenty years of experience in education, corporate and small business, Cheryl works with clients to develop leadership skills, communication skills, improve work habits, clarify goals and create action plans. Margaret Echols is founder of the Development Consortium. Margaret is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is the highest designation in the coaching profession. Her Washington, DC-based company offers an array of consulting services focused on the areas of organizational and individual learning and development, executive coaching, teamwork and strategy. Margaret has presented at a number of conferences on topics related to increasing personal and organizational competence, including the Coaching and Mentoring Conference and the Conference on Emotional Intelligence. Harriett Simon Salinger, founder of WiseWoman Coaching, began her highly successful Los Angeles-based coaching business in 1995, after working as a psychotherapist, clinical social worker, and teacher for over 30 years. She is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is the highest designation in the coaching profession. Harriett also serves as the Los Angeles representative of Pyramid Resource Group, Inc. in Cary, N.C., one of the nation's premier corporate coaching companies. A dynamic public speaker and workshop facilitator, Harriett has led dozens of workshops and presentations throughout California, New York State and Connecticut, on a wide range of topics. John B. Lazar is an experienced coach, consultant and performance improvement specialist. In business practice since 1983, Mr. Lazar works with organizations, teams and individuals. Mr. Lazar is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is the highest designation in the coaching profession. He is also trained and certified as an Ontological Coach by Newfield Associates (now Newfield Network). He earned a B.A. in psychology from Lake Forest College and an M.A. in clinical and developmental psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has made presentations on data analysis, front-end analysis, cost benefit analysis, leadership, and eldercare issues at conferences throughout the world.
